1. Navigate to the Products Page
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Products. This opens the Products page, which contains four tabs: Products, Master Library, Categories, and Tags.
The Products tab is selected by default and shows your current product catalog
Use the search bar, category filter, and sort dropdown above the table to find specific products
Click + Add product to create or reuse a product
Click Columns to customize which fields display in the table
🔵 Blue arrow — Highlights the four tabs (Products, Master Library, Categories, Tags) used to navigate product management
🔴 Red arrow — Points to the + Add product button, used to add a new product to your catalog
⚫ Black arrow — Points to the Columns button, used to customize which columns display in the table
2. Customize Table Columns
Click Columns to open the Column settings panel. From here you can:
Check or uncheck a field to show or hide it in the product table
Use the arrow icons to reorder columns
Click Reset to restore the default column layout
Panel shows toggles for Image, Product, Category, Tags, Cost of Goods, Sales, and Created
3. Quick-Edit a Product
Click any product row to open the quick edit panel without leaving the Products page.
Edit the Product Name and Cost of Goods directly
Assign a Category or create a new one
Assign existing Tags or create a new one
Update the product Image
Add or edit the product Description
↳ Changes in this panel save automatically — there is no separate save button
🔴 Red arrow — Points to the Image upload area, used to add or replace the product photo
4. Add a Product
Click + Add product from the Products page. A window opens letting you either reuse an existing product from the shared Master Library or create a brand-new one.
Use the search bar to look for an existing product by name
Click Use this next to a listed product to add it to your catalog instantly
Click + Create a new product if the product isn't in the library yet
Shows the Master Library search results with five available items, each with a Use this option
5. Create a New Product
If the product doesn't exist in the Master Library, click + Create a new product to open the Add Product form.
5a. Basic Settings
Select a Product Type from the category dropdown
Enter the Product Name (required)
Enter the Cost of Goods (required)
Upload a Product Picture (required)
Shows the empty required fields: Product Type, Product Name, Cost of Goods, and Product Picture
5b. Additional Product Details
Click Expand under Additional Product Details to reveal optional fields:
Assign a Product Tag
Enter a Product Number
Enter a Product Description
Enter Product Details (5,000-word limit)
↳ Click Confirm to save the product, or Cancel to discard it
Shows the expanded optional fields: Product Tag, Product Number, Product Description, and Product Details
6. Reuse a Product from the Master Library
The Master Library is a shared list of products across your organization. To reuse one:
Click the Master Library tab on the Products page
Search for the product by name
Click Use this next to the desired product to add it to your catalog

7. Create a Product Tag
Click the Tags tab on the Products page to manage tags used for organizing products.
If no tags exist yet, click + New tag to create one
Enter a Tag Name (required)
Optionally add Notes for context on how the tag should be used
Click Confirm to save the tag
Shows the Tags tab with no tags created yet and the + New tag button
Shows the Add Product Tag form with Tag Name and Notes fields
⚠️ Important Notes
💡 Auto-Save: Changes made in the Quick Edit panel save automatically — there's no separate save action needed.
⚠️ Required Fields: Product Type, Product Name, Cost of Goods, and Product Picture are required when creating a new product.
💡 Avoid Duplicates: Always check the Master Library before creating a new product — it may already exist and save you from creating a duplicate entry.
