Nayax account activation can take multiple days, so start as soon as possible. Do not use an apostrophe in your company name.
Before you start
Nayax processes card payments on your smart cooler and deposits your sales to your bank account. You will set up your own Nayax account using the link in your onboarding email from VTM Vending.
You are responsible for providing all banking information during Nayax setup. VTM Vending does not handle banking verification or provide documents like voided checks on your behalf.
Step 1: Register a new account
Open the link in your VTM Vending onboarding email and click Register Here.
Step 2: Device information
Enter exactly these values:
Product Type: VPOS Touch
Industry: Vending - Food & Beverages
What are you selling? Drinks and Snacks
Lowest priced single item: 1.00
Highest priced single item: 20.00
Monthly Service Fee Package: Choose the package that matches your Nayax Plus software plan, for example ReyVend Plus Smart Cooler + Data - $54.99 (VTM).
Your serial number is filled in automatically. Do not change it.
Step 3: Transaction volume
Enter exactly these values:
Average Transaction Amount: 5
Maximum Transaction Amount: 150
Expected Number of Transactions Per Month: 200
Step 4: Submit and wait for approval
After you submit, Nayax reviews your application. Once approved, Nayax emails you your account login details. Timing depends on their review queue.

Do I need to enter a serial number?
No. The Nayax serial number is already filled in on the onboarding form we send you.
