How your subscription works
Your smart cooler software subscription is set up automatically. Your plan is based on the cooler you purchased and whether you chose included cellular. You don't need to sign up or add a payment method with VTM Vending.
Plans
Prices are per cooler, per month.
Smart cooler software: $34.99. Includes your Nayax payment processing monthly charge and the ReyVend smart cooler software.
Smart cooler software with included cellular: $54.99. Includes everything above, plus cellular data so your cooler stays connected without Wi-Fi.
Card processing fees
Separate from your monthly plan, Nayax charges a processing fee of 5.95% + $0.05 per transaction. This is deducted from each sale, so your deposits will be slightly less than your gross sales.
How you're charged
Nayax collects your subscription fee automatically as part of your activation and monthly fee settlement. You won't receive a separate bill from VTM Vending.
When fees start
Fees start when your cooler is activated. Smart coolers do not include a free trial.
