Machine Setup: How to charge customer sales tax

Find the machine you want to configure and look under the Operation options.

Select Machine Settings.

Select Machine config.

Enable the Equipment Tax Rate:

Change the Equipment Tax Rate switch to ‘Yes’.

Set the Product Tax Rate:

Select Product Tax Rate Additional Calculation, which will appear once you enable the tax rate.

Choose ‘Set a Uniform Tax Rate for Machines’.

You will see an option labeled Machine Flat Rate Percentage Setting.

Enter the percentage of tax you want to add (e.g., 7.75 for 7.75%, or 8.0 for 8%).

Click ‘Confirm’
